Been Crabby All Week • Fun with crab • pasta • sandwiches

This past week, My 😎 GIRL bought a large bag of crab claw meat. She decided she didn't want the crab and gave it to me.

I brought the crab back to the Group Home I manage and started thinking of ways to use this rare food product in my kitchen.

Here are some of my creations. 

This week, I'll explain how to make them.

Welcome To Basic Cooking School

Hi, my name is Roger. I'm House Manager of a Group Home serving mentally challenged adult males. 

One of my jobs is to prepare meals for the 3 residents. I cook dinner every day.

Most of our food comes from area Food Banks. You have to be creative. 

If you've never cooked or you could run a restaurant, you'll enjoy visiting with me in my kitchen.
