Hi, my name is Roger. I'm House Manager of a Group Home serving mentally challenged adult males.
One of my jobs is to prepare meals for the 3 residents. I cook dinner every day.
Most of our food comes from area Food Banks. You have to be creative.
If you've never cooked or you could run a restaurant, you'll enjoy visiting with me in my kitchen.
